Στις 17 Φεβρουαρίου 2021 δημιουργήθηκε η νομική μορφή του ΕλΚεΣο, με τη μορφή Αστικής Μη-Κερδοσκοπικής Εταιρείας. Το Ελληνικό Κέντρο Σοσιοκρατίας είναι ο αρμόδιος φορέας εκπαίδευσης και πιστοποίησης Συντονιστών και Συμβούλων Σοσιοκρατίας στην Ελλάδα.
